Ingredients
¼ cup jarred tahini paste
¼ cup water
½ lemon, juiced halfway
¼ – 1/3 tsp salt, to taste preference
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a container. Shake well or blend with immersion blender. Serve as a dip with toasted pita or wraps, or drizzled on top of horiatiki (finely chopped salad) and grilled chicken/schwarma.
